Completion care
This is a task to be handled by the contractor entrusted with the new creation, which said contractor carries out so that the court is ready for handover.
The BOQ in general reads as follows:
” .... m² Mow lawn at height 8-10 cm for the first time, gently, down to 4 cm and then, until the acceptance carry out 5 more cuttings from approx. 6 cm* to 3 cm lawn height. Only stripe-free, sportsground mowers with roller drive and collection appliance may be employed. Any necessary reseeding work must be included in the calculation. In the absence of precipitation, irrigations must be performed. Water has to be provided by the customer. Depending on the weather, the nitrogen supply must be replenished after about four weeks, e.g. with 25 - 30 g/m² Calcium Ammonium Nitrate. Acceptance is according to DIN 18 035 T4.“
